The first interview is always conducted by our Talent Acquisition team.
In this first conversation, we will tell you more about the position, answer your questions and briefly review your experience and motivation. We will also clearly explain the entire process to you.
Our process usually consists of two interviews. In some specific cases, a third interview may be added. Whenever possible, we prefer to conduct interviews in person, although we can also organise them online if necessary. -
Once you have submitted your application, we aim to keep you informed promptly. As you progress through the interview process, our talent acquisition team is committed to contacting you as soon as possible and providing feedback after each interview, barring unforeseen circumstances.
