Human Resources Generalist

Required Qualifications
• University degree in Psychology, Labour Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields,
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources,
• Preferably experienced in manufacturing and international companies,
• Strong command of English,
• Knowledgeable in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management processes,
• Good understanding of the Labour Law and core HR legislation,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• SAP HR and SuccessFactors experience is a plus,
• Strong communication skills, solution- and result-oriented mindset.
Your Contribution in This Role
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and attract the right talent to the organization,
• Effectively coordinate onboarding and induction processes to enhance employee experience,
• Take an active role in employee relations to ensure a positive and sustainable working environment,
• Support a development-oriented HR culture by following up on performance management and training processes,
• Work closely with managers and contribute to strategic Human Resources initiatives,
• Take an active role in organizational development and change management activities,
• Manage and generate insights from employee engagement, retention, career conversations, and exit interviews,
• Support the development of proactive HR approaches by monitoring workforce trends,
• Contribute to succession planning and talent management processes,
• Analyze HR data and prepare regular, meaningful reports,
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of HR practices.
